# Proof-of-Concept Template for B2B

Use this template to run a proof-of-concept with a prospect during the sales process.

## Template Overview

A Proof-of-Concept (POC) helps your sales prospects test the viability of your product or service before buying. Our POC template is split into three phases:

1. **Planning and Kickoff** - In this phase you'll identify the key stakeholders involved in the POC, confirm the scope and timeline for the POC, and determine the prospect's success criteria.

2. **Running the POC** - In this phase, you'll run the actual Proof-of-Concept. In the template we've included two tasks: a **Training** to make sure that your customer knows how to use your product and an **Interim Check-In** to give your team an opportunity to answer any questions or uncover additional requirements. You may want to add or remove additional tasks depending on your products and services.

3. **Evaluate Results** - In the final phase for the POC, you'll collect feedback and POC results from your prospects. You'll then hold a debrief meeting with all stakeholders to review the POC results and discuss next steps.
